The Ships Tavern Facilities

We have an extensive and excellent menu, consisting of a large bar menu and a la carte. We also pride ourselves of doing what many of our customers believe to be the best carvery in the south west, which is available throughout the week from midday until 3pm and all day on Sundays. Our carvery is available through request for large parties weekday evenings if booked in advance.

We are able to offer a private dinning room for any occasion that can accommodate up to 50, with no hire charge for the room, this can be for carvery, a la carte or we are happy to put on a buffet should you require.
Corporate functions and meetings can also be held in the Wardroom with a projector available for use, again at present with no hire charge for the room, we can supply either a buffet, sandwiches or you can try our unsurpassed carvery.

The Kings Head is a superb snug bar, with a fantastic friendly atmosphere incorporating jukebox, darts board and large plasma tv showing all the best in live sports.
